Mr Neris Germanas, Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania
Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Neris Germanas has more than 20 years of experience in diplomatic service. Germanas was appointed as the Ambassador of Lithuania to the Republic Finland in 1998. In 2010-2011 Germanas was director of European Countries Department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania. He served as the Ambassador-at-Large in several departaments of the Ministry: European Affairs Department, European Countries Department, Regional Cooperation Department. Since 2012 Germanas has served as the Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania.
Ms. Lidija Kašubienė, Director of the Central Project Management Agency (CPMA)
Ms. Lidija Kašubienė is Managing Director of the Central Project Management Agency (CPMA) since 2012. She is an expert of quality management, applying innovative management methods in the public sector. Among many different areas of responsibilities CPMA is in charge of management of Lithuanian national bilateral development cooperation support and implementation of projects financed by the EU such as Twinning, contribution agreements and grants. CPMA has received pillar assessment by the European Commission for indirect management projects. Lidija has experience participating in the development cooperation projects as Project Leader and Short Term Expert. She has 10 years’ experience teaching quality management discipline at Kaunas University of Technology, holds quality assurance MA and finance management BA.
